Pastor Taylor was licensed in 1994 and ordained in 1996 under the leadership of Pastor Gerry Anderson of New Macedonia Baptist Church, Riverdale, Georgia. He is under the spiritual covering and guidance of Bishop Donald E. Battle of Divine Faith Ministries International in Jonesboro, Georgia.
